1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HookWatcher ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use HookWatcher for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and testing purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in HookWatcher
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Availability

HookWatcher is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Spam or abuse the Service in any way

6. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for the data you send through HookWatcher. We store webhook requests and responses as necessary to provide the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your data.

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription (Developer, Pro, Team or Enterprise; Enterprise is priced by agreement). Pricing is shown in your local context: INR for users in India, USD for users outside India, as determined by our systems (e.g. CF-IPCountry). Payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan. Plans are prepaid for the period you choose and are not renewed or charged automatically; you renew by paying again. If a paid plan is not renewed, your account stays available for 20 days, is then deactivated, and its stored data is permanently deleted 10 days after deactivation unless you renew. Moving to a lower plan removes workspaces, members and stored requests that exceed the lower plan's limits, after you confirm. Invoices are sent to your registered email. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

7a. Two-Factor Authentication

If you enable two-factor authentication (MFA), you are responsible for keeping access to your authenticator app. We may reset MFA when you complete a password reset via the forgot-password flow. You must not share your MFA codes with anyone.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HookWatcher or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if HookWatcher or a HookWatcher authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
